Return Policy for RapidRapic

Thank you for choosing RapidRapic for your shopping needs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to help if you need to return or exchange an item. This policy explains how you can initiate a return or exchange, as well as the conditions that apply.
Please carefully review the following information to ensure your return or exchange request is handled efficiently.
1. General Return Guidelines
We accept returns for most items purchased from RapidRapic, provided the following conditions are met:
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive the item.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (including all tags, manuals, and accessories).
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required to process a return.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Return Process
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at info@rapidrapic.net or call (747) 900-6533 within 30 days of receiving your item. Be sure to provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping: Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Return Confirmation: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will be notified once your return is processed, and we will confirm whether a refund or exchange will be issued.
3. Refunds
After your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or damage, we may issue a partial refund based on the product’s condition.
- Restocking Fees: For certain items, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, particularly if the return is not due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund for the original order.
Please be aware that any shipping fees associated with exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged, including:

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
7. International Returns
For customers outside the United States, international returns are accepted under the same conditions listed above. However, please note the following:
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which can be significant for international orders.
- Customs Duties or Taxes: Any customs duties or taxes paid for international returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Late Returns
